Nye View has a luxurious king sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a ground level patio just steps from the private beach access. When you’re sipping coffee on the back patio keep an eye out for whales! Nye View also has high-speed internet and cable.
What’s nearby: Within walking distance you’re sure to find the best seafood, nightlife, coffee, and gift shops. Nye Beach is famous for clam chowder, pizza, and a wonderful Irish Pub. If you’d prefer to venture further, check out the Historic Bayfront or head south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge and visit our world class Aquarium!

We provide address, parking space information, and the code for our smart lock system on the morning of our guests stay.
This unit is on the first floor of a three-story building. The complex does not have an elevator. We want guests to know that they may need to use the stairs to reach the 3rd floor if 1st floor laundry is unavailable.
One designated off-street parking space is provided for guests for the duration of their stay.
Our guests have full access to the community hot-tub and pool (Please Note: pool is open from June until September.
Private beach access is offered to those staying at Pacific Crest and is located on the west side of the building (very close to the unit’s back door).
**NOTE** There are 116 steps down to the beach. Guests who prefer not to take the staircase are welcome to go to the Nye Beach turnaround a block away (around a 5-minute walk).
A coin-operated laundry room is available on the 1st and 3rd floors 9am-9pm. For your convenience, detergent pods and the laundry room key are located in the entryway hall closet.

Welcome to Sloan’s Retreat! We have prepared a well appointed and newly renovated private home to accommodate your every need! We are located in the beautiful Wheat Ridge community of Colorado with easy access to downtown Denver- home of the “Mile High Holidays” in winter. Whether you’re here to explore the city, the outdoors, on business, or even just to get away- you will find Sloan’s Retreat the ideal place for your unique adventure!
Professionally design & offers the benefit of being situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still less than 10 minutes from the heart of Denver. The home is spacious with a large back yard, ideal for outside enjoyment/relaxation!
During our renovation we paid attention to every detail to ensure we could provide only the very best for our guests. There are 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom1 and Bedroom2 share a Jack and Jill bathroom
Wheat Ridge has amazing restaurants if you’d like to dine out! If you’d prefer to cook a meal at the house Sloan’s Retreat is equipped to make you feel right at home in the kitchen with all the basic tools and necessities to make your meal delicious!
Unwind with your favorite shows with Netflix or by casting from your device to the TV. We have a dedicated office space provided for guests to enjoy should they need a place to catch up on work, with a screen available.
Sloan’s Retreat is pet friendly with a fully enclosed 6’/8′ fence around the entire backyard. We love being able to allow pets at the home, we just ask guests to pick up after their pets so that we may continue to offer a space for travelers to enjoy vacation with their furry friends! 🙂
